At LinKinMFG, we take pride in the quality of our industrial filtration and precision hardware products. Given the technical nature and high customization of our items, we apply the following policy:

1. Customized Orders: A significant portion of our products (including custom-sized sieves, specific mesh filters, and OEM hardware) are manufactured to order. For these customized items, sales are final once production begins. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind.

2. Order Cancellation: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the manufacturing or shipping process has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.

3. Quality Issues & Damaged Goods: If your product arrives damaged or does not meet the technical specifications agreed upon, please contact us at leomin521@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please provide photos of the packaging and the product defects. We will provide a replacement or a full/partial refund after technical verification.

4. Return Shipping: For authorized returns due to our error, LinKinMFG will cover the shipping costs. For all other returns (if applicable), the customer is responsible for all shipping, duties, and insurance costs.
