1. Overview This website is operated by LinKinMFG. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LinKinMFG. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Product Presentation and Quoting The products displayed on linkinmfg.com represent our manufacturing capabilities. Due to the complex nature of international shipping and the high customization of industrial filters, the "Add to Cart" function may be disabled for certain items. Customers are encouraged to use the "Contact Us" or "Get a Quote" feature. A formal quotation will be provided upon request.

3. Order Finalization An order is only considered confirmed once a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) has been issued by LinKinMFG and the agreed-upon payment has been received.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

5. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
