2. Shipping Quotes: For customized or heavy industrial orders, our team will provide a manual shipping quote based on the most cost-effective method (Express, Air Freight, or Sea Freight). 3. Order Processing: Standard items are processed within 3-5 business days. For customized OEM products, the lead time will be specified in your formal quote.

4. Duties and Taxes: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees required by their destination country.

5. Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email.
