PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Our PTFE crucibles are crafted from premium laboratory-grade PTFE material, engineered specifically for harsh chemical digestion and precise trace analysis. Featuring exceptional chemical inertness, high temperature tolerance, and non-stick properties, this crucible ensures maximum sample purity and zero contamination during testing. It is an indispensable tool for chemical, environmental, semiconductor, and academic research laboratories.

CORE FEATURES

• Excellent Chemical Inertness Resists strong acids, alkalis, aqua regia, hydrofluoric acid (HF), and organic solvents.

• Ultra-Low Blank Value Prevents metal ion precipitation, making it ideal for ICP-MS and AAS trace element analysis.

• High & Low Temperature Tolerance Performs reliably within a temperature range of -200°C to +250°C.

• Non-Sticking & Easy Cleaning Smooth inner wall prevents sample retention, ensuring maximum liquid recovery and quick cleaning.

• Structural Stability Uniform wall thickness and reinforced base prevent deformation during heating and placement.

SPECIFICATIONS

• Product Name: PTFE Crucible with Lid • Material: High-Purity Laboratory-Grade PTFE • Temperature Range: -200°C to +250°C (Recommended safe working temp ≤ 200°C) • Chemical Resistance: Aqua regia, HF, strong acids/alkalis, organic solvents • Applications: Sample digestion, trace analysis, semiconductor testing, chemical research

PRECAUTIONS

  1. Do Not Expose to Open Flames Never heat directly over alcohol lamps or Bunsen burners. Use hot plates, graphite blocks, or sand/water baths.

  2. Temperature Control Do not exceed 260°C to avoid thermal decomposition and hazardous fumes.

  3. Handle with Care Avoid severe impacts or dropping to prevent damage.

  4. Prompt Cleaning Rinse thoroughly after acid digestion to maintain long-term product integrity.
